Q2: How do I book a reservation with Woodlands Executive Limo?
A: You can book online, call or text our team, or email us directly. For special events and peak times, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.
Q3: Are your chauffeurs licensed and professional?
A: Yes. All chauffeurs are licensed, insured, fingerprinted, background-checked, and trained to deliver safe, courteous, and punctual service.
Q4: What areas do you serve?
A: We serve all of Greater Houston and surrounding areas, with a hometown focus on The Woodlands, Spring, Conroe, Tomball, Shenandoah, Willis, and Magnolia.
Q5: Can I make changes or cancel my reservation?
A: Yes, changes and cancellations are allowed free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled ride. Cancellations made between 48–24 hours prior will incur a 25% fee. Within 24 hours, the fee is 50%. With less than 4 hours' notice, the full fare will be charged. Please contact us directly or request changes through your reservation confirmation email.

A: Yes. We offer transfers to and from IAH, HOU, and regional airports, with both curbside and Meet & Greet service available.
Q7: How far in advance should I book airport transportation?
A: We recommend 24 hours in advance, but we’ll try to accommodate last-minute requests — even if you're already in the air.
Q8: What if my flight is delayed or early?
A: We track flights in real time and adjust accordingly. If we're unable to accommodate major delays, refunds may apply.

A: Absolutely. Our chauffeurs assist with luggage for all pickups and drop-offs.

Q17: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, and cash. Corporate billing is available for approved accounts.
Q18: Is gratuity included in the fare?
A: Gratuity may be included depending on your service or package, but you’re always welcome to tip at your discretion.
Q19: Are there additional charges I should be aware of?
A: Some services — such as wait time, tolls, or additional stops — may incur extra fees. We’re always transparent and confirm pricing details in advance.
Q20: When is payment due?
A: For new clients booking single or round-trip service, payment is due upfront. For returning clients with a card on file, payment can be charged after the trip. For catered events, a deposit is required in advance, with the balance due on the day of service.
